God is a Spirit and we must worship Him in spirit and truth. This is what God expects from each and every one. How can one worship Him in spirit and in truth? This is how you can worship and serve Him in Spirit:
In Matt. 22:27, "and he said to him, you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all soul, and with all your mind." Serving the Lord in spirit requires your whole heart, soul and mind. God do not despise a broken spirit and contrite heart (Psalm 51:17). Only a broken and contrite heart can serve to please God. A contrite heart and broken spirit are concerned with the spirit of humility. It sees itself to be a useless person on the earth. The mind and soul have nothing to rely on, even with his great wealth and possessions, except God. Therefore, he fears the Living God and does what He wishes him to do as compared to His servant Job.
To worship God in Truth, you must walk according to the true gospel of Christ. Some preach about the gospel of Christ but certain truths are not revealed. The true teachings of Christ are hidden from congregants while they go astray. They lack the true teachings of Christ and walk according to their own pleasures.
Know the Truth and the truth shall make you free. God bless you.
Prayer: Dear Lord, let the fear of you be highly established in me that you may grant me the Spirit of Truth will guide me into all the truths and be able to walk in the spirit as well. AMEN!
