19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Matthew 28:19-20
Discipleship is such a very powerful tool that helps the believer to know the ways of the Kingdom. Just being a believer does not automatically bring you to the knowledge of the truth of the Son of God including the mysteries and principles of God's kingdom. You would have to be under the influence of discipleship to know the keys that open doors of testimonies, favour, kingdom wealth and a life of honour and glory through the teaching ministry under the guidance of a teaching priest. ( Ref: 15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding. Jeremiah 3:15 ).
What is Discipleship;
a.) The mentorship of believers to attain maturity and stature through doctrine.
b.) Helping believers to understand the principles of the kingdom through the teaching ministry.
Discipleship is a key component of the transformation process and the selected model of our transformation in behaviour, thinking, character and conversation in words and deeds is Jesus Christ. So our discipleship is to bring us into personal transformation and maturity.
